This Paraiba tourmaline is light blue with turquoise and greenish hues that vary depending on the light. It contains only very small inclusions that are not visible to the naked eye, which is quite rare for a Paraiba tourmaline of this size.

The cut of this tourmaline gives it exceptional brilliance. The underside (pavilion) of the stone is cut in the Portuguese style, meaning it has many diamond-shaped facets. The top (crown) has two rows of main facets.
