Umbalite 1.80 ct
Umbalite is a variety of the mineral garnet. This umbalite appears greenish-gray under natural light (these umbalites are also described as bluish) and reddish-violet under artificial light. It weighs 1.8 carats. The stone is 8.4 millimeters long, 6 millimeters wide, and approximately 4.7 millimeters deep.
The greenish-gray stone has very small inclusions and is distinguished by its excellent color quality. The transparent umbalite garnet is cut into a faceted oval. The crown of the stone is cut in a modified brilliant style, and the underside has four rows of facets.
